ABOUT THOMAS:
Attorney Thomas M. Thorneycroft was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He graduated in 2011 from St. Paul’s Episcopal School. Following high school, Thomas attended Spring Hill College, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science while minoring in Philosophy and Pre-Law. After graduating from Spring Hill College, Thomas attended Cumberland School of Law on an academic scholarship. While attending Cumberland, Thomas was involved in numerous organizations including the Trial Advocacy Board, Honor Court, the Sports Law Society, the Air and Space Law Society, and the Student Bar Association. Additionally, Thomas was active in improving his trial advocacy skills during law school. He was a two year member of both the National Arbitration Team and National Negotiation Team. As a member of the National Arbitration Team, Thomas advanced to the American Bar Association’s National Arbitration Finals. Thomas currently coaches the National Negotiation Team for Cumberland.
PROFESSIONAL CAREER:
Throughout his time in law school, Thomas interned with the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office and a personal injury law firm in Birmingham, Alabama. Following Graduation from Cumberland School of Law, Thomas clerked for the honorable Jay A. York in the Thirteenth Circuit Court of Alabama. Following his clerkship with Judge York, Thomas joined Greene & Phillips.
